The welcome at the hotel was warm, and the staff made the experience delightful. However, the breakfast could be brighter, and there was a long wait for check-in. Despite this, spacious rooms and the prime location near the night market were definite perks.

A dining delight in Chiang Mai
The breakfast was a highlight! Freshly prepared dishes and a serene ambiance made each morning feel special. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive.
The spa service was a letdown. It lacked the relaxing atmosphere expected from a luxury hotel, making it feel more commercial than soothing.

Nice pool area with a great happy hour from 4-6 PM. Kids' club looked fun but was often crowded. Rooms clean but carpet needed deep cleaning.
